What an amazing surprise! The town had so much history that I even called my daughter and sent her pics to see if we could shoot a video/movie there. The owners were an amazing couple who did everything they could to make us feel welcome. The dining experience was very high end with a menu that would make any foodie truly happy. They make everything on the premises, from bread to pasta to deserts. I truly recommend it. Only issue was that we reserved late on the app and the hotel did not get...

The room was super cute and a great deal, but the neat part was the staff at the attached wine bar where you check in. The young lady at the desk was so helpful and even assisted us with finding parking and getting us cleared for pulling up to drop our luggage even though we went into a restricted area by accident! Arezzo is a wonderful town and the people are fantastic. There is an amazing restaurant in the piazza right across from the hotel, too.

The highlight were the lovely warm pools and the surrounding hikes. If you are are club member everything is xclent...if you are a discount hotel.com guest you get a noisy room next to laundry with view of fire escape...a nd breakfast in basement. With focus on pools and hiking it is good. If ya have kids, they have some fun bits. The one bar staff guy was lovely happy and friendly...but everyone else was...just okay.
