"Awful experience! The hotel is so-so, new but with cheap materials. The noise from the street is 24-7. The rooftop pool is very small and ice cold. Breakfast is among the worst I’ve ever had. The is NO WiFi! But the worst is the service! There was a few nice staff members, but especially Francesco has no idea about customer service and seemed to make an effort to be rude and impertinent! Stay away from this little hell hole."

"Check in was easy. The place was nice, nice antique furniture, art and eclectic style. Beds were comfy. Staff was welcoming and accommodating. Location was great and close to everything. "

"The hotel was very convenient as it was connected to the car rental service and also very close to the airport. The only inconvenience we experienced was that the air conditioning did not work, and since we arrived very late, we couldn’t do anything about it. As a result, we spent a somewhat uncomfortable night due to the heat and humidity. We also couldn’t open the window because of the noise, as the hotel is located on a very busy street with a lot of traffic."
