It’s an inviting hotel with wonderful concierge. It’s also located in a beautiful location and there are many Italian restaurants nearby that are full of locals with delicious fresh fish.
An amazing facility. The staff was attentive and caring without be overbearing. The food is delicious and the location is super. Our room was of adequate size and the amenities were wonderful. They had a secure location for our bicycles which is appreciated.
Only minor glitch was that the hot tub is a bit cool for my preference. Not a big deal at all.

We had a great experience at this hotel! The hotel is a few blocks off of the main walking street, but that ensures that it is quiet at night. You can exit the hotel through their back garden and walk down some steps to easily access the main walking area. Wow- the location is absolutely fantastic. Just inside Porta Messina and an easy walk through the shopping and restaurants of Taormina. Also very close to the cable car to get down to the beach. Our room was clean and had traditional Italian decor. Loved having access to a balcony and the free breakfast in the morning was a great perk.

The breakfasts were amazing! So many choices to choose from. The location is convenient to other attractions and shopping but far enough away for peace and quiet.
The staff was wonderful. They even met us at the square and navigated our car up into their parking area. They just went over and above doing anything they could for us! The cottage was roomy, decorated nicely and super clean. The staff brought us anything we needed and even let me know when the spa was ready after it went down for 15 minutes. The views from the cottage were superb- from the terraces all the way out to the sea, and the garden with it's citrus and vegetables draped everywhere....
Property and room were clean and well maintained. Breakfast buffet and staff were excellent.
Only problem was banging noises late at night from the room above. Also, stairs at entrance can be a problem for handicapped people.
