Absolutely loved This hotel. The staff was wonderful. The rooms were spacious the hotel is absolutely beautiful. The views are breathtaking and The food was great. My only two comments that others need to know is that there is not an elevator, but it does say wheelchair accessible, which it is not - there are what feels like 5000 steps. You can’t go anywhere without steps up and down anywhere in the hotel. My husband had to spend most of the time in the room because he could not navigate...
I have traveled to this area every two months for business for the last 10 years and this is the best hotel within 30 km. It is brand new, clean, comfortable, good service and decent restaurant. The price is spot on.

Hotel Tirreno was great! The hotel is very close to Formia city center and Is in walking distance of many beaches and restaurants. The onsite parking is very convenient and safe. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay at Hotel Tirreno again!

I love this place! The room was perfect - clean, well-equipped, and with a view of the ocean. The convenient parking lot right outside the front door made it easy to haul my luggage in, and the staff was splendid - kind, friendly, and accommodating. So far, this is my favorite hotel on this trip. I would definitely stay here again.
Our balcony was a nice amenity and worth the increased room rate to walk out onto the balcony. We saw the Royal Palace just outside our room and a lively piazza. The balcony door did insulate the room from street noise. Traffic below the balcony was heavy from 5pm to 9pm, but quiet afterwards. The bathroom had big fluffy towels and a nice free standing drying rack. The shower was spacious shower. The bed comfort was satisfactory. There are adequate electrical outlets for charging...

The hotel furnishings were extremely tired and in need of an update. I was pleased to note that the room had a safe in it. However, some brilliant individual did not bolt the safe to the structure. It sat loose in the cupboard. The setting of the hotel is incredible. That said, I got the impression that it had been damaged at some point in the past from an earth quake, as there appeared to be many cracks on the exterior of the building.
