Truly a “little gem.” We wanted a quiet space off the town center to return to after long days exploring, and we got it. It’s still walking distance to food and convenience stores, or a short bike to the main strip. It’s not a bad drive to the beach, but if you want to do tulum beach, stay in the hotel district; if you want to explore the city and travel to nearby cities, stay at Little Gem!
Super friendly and accommodating staff; we were treated better here than any hotel I’ve stayed— even...
Excellent location-quiet late at night/early morning so we slept well. Walking distance to tons of shops, restaurants, bars & beach clubs. Loved being right on the beach! Property was clean and very well maintained. Staff was friendly and attentive. Beds were super comfortable and great air conditioning. Good and drinks were all fresh and delicious. The hotel had so much character. Highly recommend!
This hotel has wonderful access to the beach and beach club. Sunrise is perfect and breakfast at the restaurant is included. The hotel staff, specifically Diana and Abril, were so helpful and arranged a snorkeling excursion for us. We liked that the beach club closes early (6pm) so that the area is quiet at night and not a loud party spot. Truly a paradise!
We stayed at this hotel third time for the last 5 years and everything is perfect: big variety in food, very helpful staff,
Nice beach, a lot of swimming pools on the territory.
If you booking this property through the Expedia you’ll get vip access to all hotels and restaurants and beaches.
Villas de Rosa Beach Resort was great. If you're looking to escape the mega resort trap and get out on your own, this is the place for you. The staff was soooo great. A big thank you to Noel, the manager, our cleaning crew, and every staff member we encountered. They gave great recommendations of things to do and really looked after us.
The beds were very comfortable, clean rooms, and kitchen was well stocked with all that you need. The beach is perfect, powdery white and the ocean so warm....
My husband and I came to Akumal Bay for our honeymoon and we absolutely loved our stay! The service was fantastic and the staff were so friendly and helpful. We would absolutely come here again and plan to do so in the future. I highly recommend having a photo shoot done with their on site photographer Conrado who is amazing at what he does and I am SO GLAD we got these pictures to commemorate our special time here.
We stayed at the Tan Ik Condos for 8 nights in November (we booked 9, but stayed overnight midweek elsewhere). It was an absolutely amazing stay! The staff onsite during the days were incredibly friendly and hard working. Both the rooms and the grounds were well taken care of. The beach area, while being small, is very private and beautiful. If entering the water, it is advised to either walk up or down the beach a little before entering.
I would recommend this location based on its location,...
Great place to stay if you want easy, clean LARGE unit. Stocked kitchen makes it easy to save and cook meals. Large deck with table and hammocks overlooking the ocean and stairs to the beach isn't too shabby. 2 pools (1 adult and 1 kid) are very nice and there's a quiet, secluded beach right in front of you. Sea turtles nesting all over the beach. Great snorkeling in front of hotel and about a 15 min walk down the beach. Definitely a place to go if you want the "opposite of Cancun" experience.
We were at Conrad Tulum for 5 nights. The staff was amazing all across the property. Perfect place to relax and enjoy. Many dinner options. Well equipped gym. Several pools. An incredible time.
The hotel is safe and secure. The service was excellent. I want to give a special shout-out to Eleazar & Cheleo in the buffet restaurant, they went far and beyond to make us feel special. 10 out 10 stars all around.
The staff was outstanding. The front desk staff was super helpful and friendly with answering any questions I had, and they were very clear with everything. Our servers were amazing. Antonio and Ramon at the buffet in Sian Kaan we’re super awesome and took great care of us! Pedro at the front helping with bags and scheduling a taxi was super awesome and friendly. Viktor was an activities director and hosted a Zumba class and was super fun and upbeat and personal. I can’t spell it very well but ...
Lovely resort! Visited for a week in Jan. with our kids (21, 19, 15) and enjoyed our stay. We did two rooms to better accommodate and give space and that worked well for us. We did junior suites. One room the air conditioning was plenty cold and comfortable and the other was a bit warm and humid feeling but still fine for sleeping in and that's all we did in the rooms. We probably could have asked for maintenance but didn't feel it was that necessary. Rooms were clean and in great condition....
Small property organized and well kept. Nice balcony over looking pool, decent restaurants the chicken dinner was bomb. My only complaint is the spa prices are very high and I’m speaking as a massage therapist. But it’s what hotel spas charge. Great stay overall close to everything.
Kanan is the one of best hotel in the neighborhood. Location amazing , service amazing ,spa amazing ,food amazing . Staff are extremely amazing .starting a day with free coffee and tea & mini cookies was very nice . They think everything before you . If it’s raining movie is on the beach area . I highly recommend
