I stayed at the Homewood Suites by Hilton for two nights, and unfortunately the experience fell well below expectations.
Upon arrival, the air conditioning in our room was not working. Before we could even unpack, maintenance had to be called to address the issue, which was an inconvenient way to start the stay.
More concerning, however, was the lack of hot water. On both mornings, the hot water was not functioning, resulting in cold showers for everyone in our party. This is a basic amenity that should be reliable, especially at a Hilton-branded property.
While the staff did respond to the maintenance issues, the repeated failures with essential room comforts made the stay uncomfortable and disappointing. For the price and brand standard, I expected much better.
