A wonderful location, close to the shopping area and the underground stations that connect to everywhere. The rooftop pool is brilliant and the bar is excellent; the rooms are very spacious and offer excellent facilities. To be honest, my wife and I had a marvellous time in Madrid.

Location was great, friendly staff, our room was a bit noise, it looks a restaurant or the pool was above which it makes it noisy specially Friday nights, but other than that, everything was excellent.

The food was very good, definitely need more wait staff in all restaurant/bar areas so staff in bar was not very attentive. My shower the entire time (week) ran hot to scalding to ice cold, it was looked at several times but never fixed, floors in my room/bathroom were not cleaned daily. Temperature in room was warm and not adjustable. Hotel in an excellent location, I would stay there again.

We had to take a cab to and from the hotel but the cabs are regulated so it was 33 euros each way. Our breakfast was included and maid service was excellent. Everyone was polite and helpful. We were able to walk to the Royal Palace which was very close and the local restaurants were wonderful. Plenty of shopping close by too!
