Friendly staff and acomdating . New facility with new renovation but the room wasnt fully ready in my opinion. Wall installation is thin like you are in an old apartment, you can hear upstairs walk around starting 6 am in the morning. Also, friday night there is people really loud across from the hallway at 330 am and wont stop making noise . Made 2 complaints and no changes so i felt asleep like 430 am . Toilet seat had no cover, tv cable cord is hanging all over the wall and no proper plug in around the bed sides . King size bed in a small room with kitchenette set up plus 2 chairs . Not comfortable but affordable for a 5 night stay around 750 ish . Walldrobe is a shelve setup without hangers or closet door . Hope this help out anyone is inquiring

The room was clean and freshly renovated but it was noisy. We could hear people talking outside, and the people walking in the room above ours. The light in the bathroom was motion activated so each time one of us went in there during the night the light shined right into the eyes of the other person in bed

For a brand new build it has alot of mess around the parkinglot nails screws and what not left around the ares around hotel is a bit scketch with homeless and addicts around although the police are around it does get a little crazy sometimes had a crazy one going around yelling till 12 am one night last time i stayed was not the best and they ended up kicking the truck parked right next to my vehicle maybe security would be a option. Also not a fan of the attached door to rooms next to you having to listen to people getting railed for hours 🙄
