El hotel es lindísimo, las habitaciones son cómodas y espaciosas, son muy limpias y el diseño es sensacional. Massimo es una increíble persona, muy alegre y con recomendaciones excelente así como amable para dar instrucciones y auxiliarnos. Recomiendo ampliamente este hotel.

Excellent location in the middle of old town with a bustling piazza on the doorstep BUT is hidden behind so very quiet. Lovely rooftop to enjoy a beer and watch the sunset on Vesuvius. The Underground Tour is close by and v enjoyable along with every type of food and drink

This “hotel” was actually just the 4th floor in a mixed use building. They had one, shared, old, small, hot, exterior elevator. Horrible elevator process! They did make it clear they would not have a 24/7 doorman. and I thought it would be fine, but I missed having someone there when we had difficulty entering the main door after 6pm when no one is on duty. The stay felt more like an Airbnb. All locks were a real pain and our main door lock needs to be replaced. The area around the hotel was fine during the day, uncomfortable at night, that could just be Naples as a whole though. They did not offer bottled water or a bottle fill. If you want water, you have to bring it or you have to use the sink. The room was as pictured with modern renovations. But the AC was not good. It ran for 8 hours at coldest/max capacity and I still could not sleep with a sheet on. It wasn’t even that hot of a day. Also the shower doors had a one inch gap I between them, water everywhere. Overall would not stay here again or recommend it. Thankfully it was one night.

Nous avons été décus par l hotel, la chambre n etait pas prete à notre arrivée (le lit de notre fille n'etait pas pret et comme il n y avait plus personne à la reception on a du aller chercher des draps ds des placards). La chambre n etait pas totalement fonctionnelle: pas acces aux safes, rideaux cassés, douche mal montée dc de l'eau partout, climatisation inutilisable la nuit car en plein sur le lit de ma fille, spa/jacuzzi pas rempli donc inutilisable (et l'hotel ne l'avait pas dit), bref ca fait beaucoup alors qu'on comptait sur cet hotel... Je n'y retournerai pas, c est sûr!

It is right in the center of the most important street for tourist life at Napoli. It is in a beautiful historical area of Napoli and also has lots of shops restaurants autistic things you could imagine and also the taxis are very close by. Yes the elevator you have to pay sometimes $.50 of euro, but they give you the money at the front desk so far will be using this hotel again because they treat us really well especially in Mateo and Martina. Thank you again for a great experience in Napoli.

Même si au départ le tres petit ascenseur qui nous amène au 4ième semble bizarre des que la porte s'ouvre s'est super securisant. On avait eu de tres bonnes informations pourbien s'y rendre. Directement au centre ville on a pu explorer les rues colorées de grafittis ! Belle chambre et près de l'aeroport. Legarçon était vraiment gentil à l'accueuil !

I was disappointed by this property. I understand it’s not a hotel, but it’s advertised under the luxury hotels guides and there’s no luxury in this place. The shower in our 3 people room was terrible, water will come out because the doors didn’t connect, and we had a pool every time we took a bath. We asked for a mop to keep the floor dry and were told to use towels from a closet by the room. The toilet to seat was broken, it kept coming out. We ran out of toilet paper and had no one to ask for; had to buy. There’s no one at the reception at no time, all the communication is by WhatsApp. The wall decoration on the wall behind the bathroom was coming off. The hair dryer is uncomfortable to use. The only good thing is the location, it’s walkable to all the main attractions.

The perfect property right in the center of the old town. Tucked away off the main street with its own entrance and courtyard. There is a lift up to the property which requires 50 cent euro coin which is provided by the hotel. Rooms have ac and are very comfortable and quite modern. The staff were super helpful with recommendation's and any questions along the way. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

The staff member at the desk was super nice, but we didn’t receive the complimentary sparkling wine upon arrival. The shower was gross and the water flew out of the partially permanently open doors, we had to use our towels to carb everything. It looked dirty :( the room walls were paper thin and the area wasn’t the best. Graffiti everywhere! And the building looks pretty run down. Certainly not what was expected coming into Italy for the first time.

Nice but with a few issues

Decent hotel for a quick layover. It is very hard to find and even the neighbors. I've never heard of it. So you need to be able to call the hotel when you get there. People need to be aware that if you arrive late, for example 11:00 p.m. they do charge you a €20 fee. This should be explained at time of booking not afterwards and when you are making arrangements to check in. The lift to the hotel is also a bit of an issue. We have to check out early and we're panicking as a front door was closed and we had no way of getting out. Luckily we were able to get back to the lobby and retain our keys and open the front door again.
