Some rooms in a class are bigger than others: book direct w/ hotel to get the better ones. Some storage would be nice : there were no drawers, only two free shelves, and a few hangers. Not amenable for device charging next to bed. Very comfortable, however. Very friendly staff. Convenient to trains and lake, but a 4 star hotel in a 2 star neighborhood, Gritty urban view.

Wonderful hotel. Bit of a walk from the train station, but it's well worth it. The staff were wonderful. always so helpful and willing to share advice - which was very useful while the G7 protest was going on. The choice from the breakfast buffet was perfect for my taste. Regretably, I didn't make use of the bar - but there is always next time! The hotel is really nicely situated in a quiet area, not far from the lake edge. I will definately be coming back to this hotel.

A very trendy, stylish and comfortable hotel brilliantly situated for sightseeing Geneva.The breakfast buffet was very comprehensive but it was a shame that eggs, other than scrambled, were an extra CHF5..The staff were all very helpful and friendly and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the hotel.
