I love this place!

I did the 4 day bus from Sao Paulo to Manaus and there was no question that this where I wanted to stay. I've stayed here before and love it. Great staff, great location, great price, elevators, great water pressure in the shower. I absolutely love staying here.

Quarto estava limpo, porém tudo era bem antigo e estava precisando de reforma. O café da manhã era extremamente básico e sem variedades. É um hotel para deixar suas malas e mochilas para turistar. Os lençois e tolhas estavam muito gastos, a tolha de rosto bem danificada e lençóis com manchas. Atendimento foi padrão, cheguei 1240 h e não pude fazer o check in, pois só era liberado às 1400 h, então deixei as malas no quartinho junto a várias outras e voltei tempos depois para fazer check in. Infelizmente a vista do meu quarto era para a parede de outro edifício. O elevador precisa de reparos, está bem gasto. Possui excelente localização. No geral, atende ao básico pelo preço cobrado.

A estrutura é boa, atendentes são educados e solícitos, mas a cama de casal tinha um lado fundo daí tive que trocar de quarto, tive problema com barulhos, dá pra escutar tudo do quarto, do corredor aos vizinhos. No quarto ao lado tinham pessoas falando alto, gargalhando, entrando e saindo e batendo a porta, tive que ligar na recepção 00:30h da madrugada pra pedir que fizessem silêncio pois não tinha como dormir.
