I really enjoyed my stay. Everyone was nice and helpful. Air conditioning was great to have, and the breakfasts were delicious. The area around it can be noisy at night, so I was glad I brought earplugs. Obviously the hotel cannot control that, but something to consider.

The staff was incredible, very friendly and helpful and accommodating. The freshly cooked to order breakfast on the rooftop was delicious. I had one noisy room, but it’s downtown Iquitos and earplugs allowed me to sleep well. Affordable. I would stay here again if I come back.

Unbelievable. I REALLY was not expecting any of what I received. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a very nice, helpful receptionist, Flo. She quickly worked to get me to my room, which was more of an apartment than a room. When we walked in and I saw a sitting room with TV and then a kitchen, I assumed this was a shared area for multiple units. Then Flo said "no, this is all for you." She showed me to the separate bedroom which was nice and spacious with a large, clean bed and clean towels on top of it. I had a nice little private balcony and then a nice bathroom with a big surprise: Instant-On hot water, and I mean INSTANT. The bedroom had its own wall AC unit which was awesome because it was hot and muggy. The sitting room, too, had its own separate wall AC unit. As we walked back to the front door, I asked Flo if there was a way I could purchase bottled water somewhere and she proceeds to open the fridge which had water with and without gas as well as different sodas and beers. The place was perfect, very well-stocked, nice and clean, and incredibly well-priced all things considered. I told everyone on my trip as they selected the Doubletree and paid quadruple what I paid and simply because their past Iquitos experiences landed them in places that were more Hostel than Hotel. I cannot recommend this place enough.

The staff is outstanding! Friendly, helpful, a really lovely group of people. The room was spotlessly clean. Breakfast included fresh pineapple juice and a delicious omelette. My only complaint is it’s very noisy both in the hallway and outside from the traffic.

The AC was great. The only thing was I didn’t get instructions on how to turn on the hot water. I couldn’t reach the controls and didn’t know there was a stool. I asked afterwards and they came up and turned the switch on and made sure it was working. Thank you for getting us our taxi to the airport.

Claudia, Jennifer, Jesus, and some of the other staff were so kind and helpful… Claudia and Jennifer were specifically just so amazing, made lifelong friends for sure! The private room we stayed in was really nice, even had AC and private bathroom. Overall, just a really great experience.

Nice hotel for a family trip.

The check-in had a few hiccups but everything was corrected. The staff was friendly and helpful. The showers are hot but not the easiest to use. The breakfasts were good. They don't like you using the AC when you aren't in the room. Overall a good trip.

The property was excellent. Although we had a mix up with our reservation we were moved to their sister hotel which was fantastic. The gentleman at the front desk was excellent and very customer oriented. He scheduled a 5:00 am pick up for us to the airport and was waiting for us with the taxi. They went out of their way for us and we would definitely recommend their hotels. Cleanest place in Iquitos and felt safe. Highly recommend staying here!

It's close to the main square. Quiet place for a city. Hotel is modern, clean, but the toilet didn't work. My fault I should've told them the night we arrived. Told them in the morning, but it was not fixed. Front desk was very friendly, helpful, and concerned. A nice breakfast on 4th floor terrace If the toilet worked, I would've come back.

Budget Hotel 9/10

This boutique hotel is not high end. The price reflects that it’s more of a budget hotel but I would still give this boutique a 9/10. The place is very clean, staff are very helpful, the owner is always on site. We did have an issue upon check in, we booked a deluxe suite with a King Bed and they gave us a smaller room with a double bed. We pointed out the error and we come to realize that they have no King Beds available at this hotel (even though the booking site offers this selection.) we ended up in the room we requested but with two double beds. Pros of this boutique hotel Clean, staff, breakfast included, location, hot water Cons Wifi ok, street noisy (request a room in the back), breakfast adequate but it would have been nice to have some fresh fruit, low water pressure, noisy in the hallways early in the am. But with all this said for the price a great hotel!
