Had an absolutely wonderful stay. The Front Staff were the very best: Helpful, Pleasant, Professional. The Room was spacious and clean. The bed was the best with great bedding. The bathroom was great with a spacious shower area. I was there on a solo trip but there were several families present with younger to older children who seemed ti be enjoying themselves.

Fabulous find on our road trip. Who knew in the town of Modesto there would be such a great place to stay? Sparkling clean, brand new redecorated building, friendly staff and very reasonably priced. Bright clean breakfast room with lots of food choices. Spacious room with comfortable beds.

Finally...a comfortable bed!

Very nice hotel in a good area. Beds were nice. Breakfast bagel bar was fine. No meat but juices, cereal, yogurt, boiled eggs, and a plethora of toppings for bagels. I'd stay here again.

I was not too comfortable with location at first, there was little signage, i was familiar with street once i took exit but there literally is no noticable signage. The room was pleasant. I was impressed as I was told to expect a Motel 6 experience, but this far surpassed them. The only down side was the last person left food in refrigerator and house keeping did not remove it. kinda creeped me out.
