Not For Me
A little disappointing for my first stay at a Hyatt. The walls are so thin I heard the neighbor clearing his throat all night. The property is beautiful but could use an update. Some of the walkways are very dimly lit at night. Sunday morning a noisy church meets in one of the ballrooms and you can hear their music in your room two floors above.

Very bad place to stay I had no hot water in room I they sent somebody to check water he told to run the water for ten to fifteen minute to get hot water I ask about a fridge. To put my wig insults. They told we don’t have one I had to go and buy a ice chest to put my madican into it

Good with a couple issues
We have stayed here many times as it’s close to family. We were a little disappointed with the noise level at night in our room with the hotel as empty as it was. Also a few minutes after we checked out we realized we left a coffee cup in the room. We tried to go back in and get it and they made us wait until housekeeping could go in and retrieve it. We felt like we should have been able to just go up and get it as we hadn’t even left the hotel yet and we stay there at least once a month.
