Great Place to Stay in Decatur, TX

The Line Star Inn is a perfect stay, especially if you’re a budget minded individual. Previous reviews live up exactly to the expectation. The rooms are smaller but very clean and comfortable, breakfast is basic but still good, and the staff is very friendly. If you’re looking for a place to stay near Texas Motor Speedway, look no further!

Pretty bad.

They had a rating of excellent so I booked for one night. Very disappointed. The sheets appeared to be already slept in on one side. Wrinkled and stained. Luckily it was just me so I slept on the other side in my clothes. No shampoo for the shower but there were 2 packets of conditioner but one was empty/used. Will not be staying here again.

Overnight stay on way to Amarillo. Room was on end close to main road and had a hard time sleeping. I heard Semi trucks down shifting as coming into town all night. Room was nice for the price.

You can’t be the value of this hotel. Although it’s older & lacks the aesthetics of fancier hotels, I would recommend staying here. I stayed 2 nights & I was satisfied with my stay. The breakfast is just waffles, cereal & not so great coffee options. It a short drive to Starbucks so no worries. I would definitely stay here again.

The lady at the front desk was completely rude. She took my credit card info charged me twice the deposit for the room that it was supposed to be refused to refund the money and then in the middle of the night I got woke up to phone calls and someone beating on my door, accusing me of smoking in the room I’m not even a smoker then proceeded to charge me an extra deposit because they accuse me of smoking in the room it is a family owned business in a small country town and they’re just taking advantage of people driving through
