Beautiful place and garden. Decor too. Free parking and easy check in. Breakfast var really nice. Room spacious and clean. No English menu in the restaurant and no info about reservation for dinner or the spa from front desk. I’m pregnant and get ill if I get to hungry, and I know it’s not your problem, but at 22 in the evening bar, restaurants and reception all gone home, and you have a vending machine for 8 different brand of cigarettes but no soda, fruit or even a bag of Haribo??? That’s crazy. So I was pretty ill all night. Your neighbors are PL and CZ, why can’t you write info on English?

Das Schlosshotel hat ein gutes Restaurant, ein super gutes Frühstück und einen schönen Schlosspark. Wir haben das Schlosshotel als Startpunkt unserer Oder-Neiße Radtour gewählt, weil wir für die Dauer unserer Radreise auf dem Hotelparkplatz unser kostenfrei abstellen könnten. Wie wir bei unseren anderen Hotelanfragen festgestellt haben ist das leider keine Selbstverständlichkeit. Wenn wir unsere Radtour beenden, werden wir ganz sicher wieder im Schlosshotel nächtigen.

Ein charmantes Schlosshotel mit viel Potential. Schöner Spa-Bereich, gutes Frühstück, gemütliche Zimmer, nette Bar. Personal sehr zurückhaltend in der Kommunikation, z.B.: wir haben uns aktiv für den Spa-Bereich interessiert und dennoch keinen Hinweis bekommen, dass Handtücher und Bademäntel an der Rezeption zu holen sind, dies wurde erst auf direkte Nachfrage mitgeteilt; die Preise fürs Trinkwasser im Zimmer sind nirgends ausgeschildert - die erste Flasche bei der Anreise gibt es gratis, wenn man am Folgetag eine weitere Flasche bestellt, wird man nicht darauf hingewiesen, dass es 6 Euro extra kostet, sondern bekommt es erst beim Auschecken in Rechnung gestellt. (Wohlgemerkt kein Flaschenwasser aus dem Handel, sondern lediglich Leitungswasser mit Sprudel.) Beim Frühstück gibt es zwar die Möglichkeit ein Cappuccino statt Filterkaffee zu bestellen, aber man muss selbst darauf kommen das Personal zu fragen. Aus dem sogenannten Schlosspark könnte man deutlich mehr machen, auf dem Werbevideo ist er viel schöner in Szene gesetzt. Sonst sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Das Personal wehr sehr zuvorkommend und sehr nett. Das Hotel ist eine Augenweide. Der kleine See am Schloß wirkt sehr romantisch. Wir werden sicher wieder kommen, speziell im Sommer. Wir waren zwar nur ein WE, haben uns aber sehr wohl gefühlt , das es uns länger vorkam. Einfach toll, weiter so.

Das Zittauer Gebirge ist immer ein Top Reiseziel. Allerdings wirkte unser Zimmer im Anbau sehr abgewohnt und renovierungsbedürftig. Die Sauberkeit ist aber deswegen trotzdem sehr gut. Möbel und Auslegware sind in die Jahre gekommen. Frühstück war sehr gut.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit einem sehr guten Restaurant und modernem sehr aufwendigen Wellnessbereich. Es muss einem aber bewusst sein, dass die in Expedia gebuchten Zimmer sich nicht im Schloss sondern in einem Anbau aus den 90er Jahren befinden. Diese sind mit neuen Möbeln ausgestattet worden, haben leider ein ziemlich veraltetes Badezimmer und verfügen auch weder über einen Tresor, Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher oder sonst irgendeine Annehmlichkeit. Wenn man ein Zimmer im Schloss haben möchte, muss man direkt über das Hotel buchen. Es gibt einen wirklich schönen und ganz modernen Wellnessbereich, leider trübt sich das Erlebnis , da man für Handtücher und Bademäntel eine zusätzliche Gebühr (je 6 Euro pro Handtuch oder Bademantel) verlangt, also am besten selbst mitnehmen. Das Restaurant ist sehr gut und wir haben wirklich gut gegessen. Wir hatten alles in allem einen schönen Aufenthalt, der mit ein paar mehr Informationen zu den Zimmern vorab und ein paar Kleinigkeiten in den Zimmern noch schöner gewesen wäre. Alles in allem Gut, mit Raum zur Verbesserung.

Es ist ein schönes Hotel in ruhiger Lage. In ca. 15 Minuten Autofahrt ist man im Zittauer Gebirge. Die Stadt Zittau ist ca. 8 km entfernt. Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten gebucht. Bekommen haben wir ein Doppelbett. Ich hatte zweimal eine Mail geschickt, weil ich einen Tisch zum Abendessen reservieren wollte und bekam keine Antwort. Ich rief eine Woche vor unserem Aufenthalt im Hotel an und buchte Halbpension dazu. Dies wurde mir weder schriftlich noch am Anreisetag bestätigt. Wir aßen an einem Abend á la Card. An einem anderen Abend waren wir in einer wunderschönen Pizzeria in Zittau. Dort hat es uns besser geschmeckt. An der Kommunikation mit den Gästen vor Reisebeginn könnte noch gearbeitet werden. Vor Ort trafen wir allerdings auf überaus freundliches Personal. Besonders positiv hervorheben möchten wir die beiden Auszubildenden, einen an der Rezeption und einen als Bedienung beim Abendessen.

Wir hatten hier 5 Übernachtungen im Spätsommer 2024 gebucht. Unser Zimmer, das Hotel und das geamte Umfeld haben uns sehr gefallen. Die Einrichtung macht sie einen sehr gepflegten, sauberen und gemütlichen Eindruck. Die Mitarbeiter in allen Bereichen sind sehr zuvorkommend und höflich. Sehr gut hat uns auch das Frühstück im Bereich des Schlosses gefallen. Es war durchgehend vielseitig, reichhaltig und lecker .
