There was a black lady (excuse me for referring to her skin color, but I did not get her name) at the front desk who had the worst attitude, she was not helpful at all. Very rude, actually, when asking her very simple things, such as clarifications about the free shuttle. She just rolled her eyes at me and my husband and instead of even uttering a word, she proceeded to point aggressively to the shutter sign, although our question was not even related to the information on the sign. Anyway, that was not the worse part. Since the airport was not very far from the hotel, we decided to go on foot, and on our way back (according to what the shuttle driver told us), we called the hotel to have them come pick us up (as requested by the driver) and she would answer the phone and just proceed to hang up on us... Like three times! We just decided to come back on foot, no problem, but she should not work in customer service if she's not willing to help in any way. Absolutely terrible service. The hotel is in front of a graveyard, close to a Denny's, and although it advertises a 'free shuttle' (which is one of the main reasons why we picked this hotel) it may not be available to you if this lady chooses not to help you. Just FYI.
