We stayed five nights at this lovely paradise. The staff is so friendly and polite smiling all the time. Every small requirement was fulfilled so smoothly and promptly. Some highlights: Birthday party at our Villa, chef Aki had prepared a delicious dinner for us. Dave was so kindly and proposed activities and booked them to us. Golf at Laguna course with professional caddie ”Nas”. When we had to go somewhere in the area Sofyan was always available with smile on his face. In the restaurants service was excellent. Challenging to remember all the names. Everyone’s attitude was at highest level. Thank you to everyone, we will miss you all. Just to mention couple of you, Ronal, Bimo and Febriano. Cleaning staff made excellent work as well as pool staff. Food in the restaurants was at highest level including local and internationan flavours.

オーシャンフロントのビラに二泊しました。 プールがある外の天井にコウモリが住みついているようで観察が出来ました。扉に隙間が開いているので、トカゲや蟻、蚊などが入って来ます。部屋には蚊取り線香がありますので、夜はつけて蚊帳つきのベッドで寝ていました。 以外にも良く寝れました。 猿も部屋に入って来る事があるので、ガラス扉のロックは必要だと思います。 マッサージは最高です。 ホテルの周りに何もありませんので、行く前に何か必要な物を買っておかれると良いと思います。

Overall the stay was good, service is good. A lot of the activities were fully booked, it would be good to let guests know in advance what they can book and arrange in advance. The bed was too high though, so not very elderly friendly for future reference. Staff were amazing, they helped catch some unknown buzzing insect that had found its way into our bathroom. Thankful for that.
