I am sorry to say that my recent experience at your hotel was not satisfactory. The directions provided to my wife on how to reach the hotel were insufficient, and due to the ongoing roadworks around the property, it was very difficult to find the correct access.
In addition, the parking was not well signposted, the room was uncomfortably cold, and the air conditioning unit was quite noisy, which made the stay less pleasant.
