Amazing staff! From Genny in the cafe by the pool, to Antonio or Emilio at the desk, the staff making up the rooms, or anyone in the breakfast room (our bkfst waiter from Poland was delightful and a polyglot) , or driving the complimentary shuttle to Capri, everyone was most helpful, professional, and warm. The location right above the water is precious, but the team that runs the Weber Ambassador is most remarkable. Thank you, Grazie, Muchas gracias to all!

The view to the beach and ocean were spectacular. The staff was extremely welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was delicious and the views from the restaurant were gorgeous. Our ferry was canceled due to bad weather and the hotel manager lined us up for another night stay and arranged for us to be picked up from the marina. We LOVED our stay and look forward to coming back here in the future. Wonderful friendly staff, incredible views, and great food. They hit the trifecta of a memorable vacation experience.

Shuttle service very handy - we used it to/from the port, though walked the 700m to/from the town area for dinners in the evening, but nevertheless, having the option of the shuttle is good. Food was okay, but glad we only booked half board for two of the four nights of our stay... would have preferred to have had a euros credit towards the A la carte menu instead... Would recommend...
