Spacious, clean room with good decor, just bed not too comfortable. Location was great with bus stops on your door step, lots of restaurants and cafes next door or short walk. Sea view room a must. Overall good hotel.

I stayed in Room 404 as a solo traveller. The Hotel and Location is PERFECT. It’s a beautiful bay with the boats tours to other locations a short walk away. Breakfast is superb , fantastic bar and a pasta restaurant and others . The rooftop sunbathing is superb with a nice pool and showers and saunas and heated indoor pool . I am coming back as it’s perfect for me. Gina the room service lady does a fantastic job and is a credit to the Hotel all staff are superb and it was a pleasure to stay here See you soon Jason

Staff 5 stars, however: AC was dripping, water did not run on one day for 1 hour (which was fixed fast), no real door between bathroom and bedroom, breakfast does not vary=> only 3 stars in total

The pictures they show are NOT of this hotel. The cross pool pictured is situated at a different hotel. Please be aware of this before booking so to not be disappointed like we were when we turned up. Was told it was €30 per person, per day to use that pool that they show in the pictures. Only small rooftop pool at this hotel.

Overall pleasant stay

Overall the stay was really pleasant as we have been upgraded to a room with water view. The only drawback for the hotel is the lifts. It is upsetting a hotel like that to have only to slow lifts for all these rooms. Sometimes, it was taking up to 10 mins to for the lift to reach us!

Elevetor out of service from the late afternoon, for the check out early in the morning need to carry for 5 floors the luggage’s and nobody helping. During the stay and during all night many noise from other rooms full of young people that shouting and screaming for funn until 4 AM.

The hotel itself needs big improvements, our room had mold on the bathroom ceiling, the window was broken and we had to call someone to fix it so we could close it overnight. The cleaning was not the best, a lot of hairs left on the floor, cleaning staff are not coming all the times to clean, they didn’t come to our room for 2 days in a row even if we called the reception. The swimming pool at the 7th floor was not heated on a Sunday Morning, the sauna door is broken and doesn’t close properly.. The staff were great and helpful every single time, that is a bonus of this hotel. With one exception, the italian lady selling the Malta tours at the front desk. Please pay attention and ask what you’re getting for the price! She sold us €95 tickets to get to Gozo and Comino. But she never mentioned that the transport within the island is not included!! We got there and remained on the bay area for 2 hours. Location of the hotel is great, with easy access everywhere, Bolt is very cheap to travel around. I recommend going to Julian’s Bay and The point shopping centre, great area. The view from the hotel’s rooftop is great!

Worst accomodation experience!

Worst accomodation experience ever!! It the first time i am writting a review but i feel the need to inform others planning to visit the hotel. 1. We stayed 3 nights to which the 2 we didnt even sleep as there was a lot of noise on the floor. The fire alarm went off both nights with no actual fire one night at 4 o'clock and the other at 1 o'clock. 2. For 2 days there was no hot water as the hotel was full and it run out for all the hotel rooms. The management staff was not helpful at all!! They are not problem solvers. They told us we will send someone but each time no one came to fix the issue. 3. Hairdryer was not working either in our room and a lot of other rooms as we find out from other guest as well. 4. The toilet room was too small and to sat on the toilet you had to do it diagonaly. Overall this a bad experience we will never forget in a negative aspect.

Good value, well situated hotel

This hotel is well situated on the main promenade in Gzira, surrounded by many bars/restaurants and has a bus stop on the doorstep to access the rest of the island. Most of the staff are extremely friendly and helpful, particularly those serving breakfast on a morning and the cleaning staff. We were only B&B so can only comment on breakfast, which had a good selection of items to choose from and was regularly replenished by the hardworking staff. We had a room in the side annex which was a good size and we were fortunate enough to have a large terrace with sun loungers. The rooms were cleaned daily and towels replenished as required, although the bedding was not changed during our 9 night stay. The air conditioning in our room worked well and kept the room at a comfortable temperature. Unfortunately, whilst the shower was of a generous size, the doors did not close properly so the bathroom floor would flood every time we took a shower. Our first visit to the rooftop pool found it full of people, with no spare loungers and a quite cloudy looking pool. However, on subsequent visits, the pool was clear and inviting and there were plenty of loungers. Our biggest issue with this hotel is the lift situation. Our building had 1 lift for 6 floors, which would have been okay were it not for the fact that it was the same lift used by staff. This meant that you often couldn’t get in the lift as beds were being moved around the hotel, or the trolley for bags of laundry was in there

Frukostmenyn var varierad, men saknade fler val av yoghurt. Rummen är bra ordnade med kaffe och te på rummet, även kyl. Vill du ha havsutsikt så br du välja det specifikt. Poolområdet på taket är fint med underbar utsikt. Många solbäddar.

Icj war sehr zufrieden. Nettes Personal. Der Balkon mit seitlichem Meerblick war etwas klein. Trotzdem sehr schöne Aussicht. Die Ausstattung war perfekt. Kühlschrank, Teekocher, alles vorhanden. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut. Gute Bio Tees, frische Früchte, Tomaten, Gurken etc. Die Käseauswahl könnte noch verbessert werden

Great location, poor condition hotel forget lifts

There is a luggage hold area, which was great for an early arrivals and late departures with a shower and changing room. After my checkin in around 2:30 PM, I went to my room, neither the window nor the sliding door would lock. It took four trips to reception to have someone from maintenance come and fix it in about five hours. Beware that even though they have a credit card on file, they want you to pay €100 in cash for incidentals or damage and another €10 if you want to use the safe I refused both since they already have my card on file. They also want you to fill out your full credit card details on a paper form which anyone can steal your details from. Please don’t do that. You already have your card on file in the system. Do not give out your credit card information. The breakfast buffet was spectacular. Views from the seventh floor. Pool area are amazing as well. The condition of that whole area has a lot to be desired. There is a sauna with a door that doesn’t close a whirlpool that is room temperature and another indoor pool. I didn’t use any of these facilities because they all look dirty. There are about 10 blue pool towels for for use for for over 200 guests so grab one as soon as you get there. Location is very good. The airport bus stops right in front of the hotel so do all the other buses going to Saint Julian’s and to Valetta.

Hotel promedio en precio y servicios

El hotel está bien ubicado, pero creo que le falta bastante mantenimiento en general, desde las áreas comunes, servicios y hasta en las habitaciones. Cuenta con bastantes amenidades, pero no son de muy buena calidad. Personalmente creo que es normal por el precio que se paga, pero no sé si me hospedaría nuevamente aquí.
