3 stars hotel at the price of 5 star hotel.
I have to say that if the hotel didn't promted itself as a 5 stars hotel, i would have given it more stars.
The good:
Hotel rooms are nice, bed is comfortable, and sufficient bathroom amenities.
Location is perfect, city center next to public transportation
The bad:
SPA - wow! Didn't realize that hotel can do such a bad job! The Jacuzzi prior comments are spot on and even worst. Besides the water being coldish, only a few jets are working, so only 1-2 people can use it.
Only 1 sauna was working out of the 3 during my stay.
The floor is not designed for SPA, its super slippery, and a few people almost crashed on the floor. The joke around the SPA was around the hotel claiming that its 5 stars.
My espresso machine at the room didnt work since I arrived. I called front desk but was put an hold and never got through. Listening to some guests, i have realized that there is no hope for a good service, so I didnt try again.
The ugly-
The leftover room service plates with fish on them that were left at the entrance of the elevator for a full day and made the hallway smell horrible- i am having hard time to believe that now crew passed in such as central area
The Friday night front desk person, a young man that not realizing that its an hotel (forget about the number of stars), he was sitting at the concierge room which is at the hotel entrance with the door open, and emotionally abusing a female "friend" on the phone
