Bedding dirty and stained. Halls and carpets stained and stunk. Elevator broke. Pool nasty and out of order . Wasn’t even gonna attempt eating the breakfast. Take my advice pay the extra $ and stay at the Hampton.

It was by far the worst hotel i’ve stayed in. Very dirty, smelt bad, pool closed, elevator was broke. stale food for breakfast, no creamer or milk for coffee. Halls smelt like urine and cigarettes. Didn’t sleep well at all, such a horrible waste of money.

The people that I saw while there were friendly and everything worked out ok. I left early in the morning and the lobby was locked up so I couldn't officially check out but it was comfortable. The only thing that I wished is that I could have plugged in my electric car to get a charge but it was a priority for this stay.

Check in was very long even though checked in and prepaid online. Also tried to make a copy of my driver's license which is not acceptable. Parking is poor. The facility has had updates but still not very clean and a bit smelly. Is a partial smoking facility which may lead to some of the odor issues.

This was easily the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The building was disgusting. All of it. elevator making huge noises and stopping mid way going up. People hanging around with doors open. Smells awful. I literally left and got a different hotel that night.

We were traveling for business and didn't plan to spend much tome in the room. We chose this place based on price. It took about 20 minutes to check in even though I reserved on the app. There were 3 of us in our party and they only gave us towels for 2 people. The first night we listened to a child run back and forth in the room above us. I asked the manager to do something and he told me to call the police on them..?? We didn't do that. Later that evening I killed a roach that ran across my bed. The exterior entrance didn't lock so anyone could walk in the building at anytime The carpet in the halls was really stained and discolored. Breakfast did not have many options and they want you to eat in the cafeteria only. Also there are no coffee makers in the room.

ZERO stars if if could! DO NOT believe the pictures! It’s severely run down, carpets are properly original to the place and don’t look like they have ever been cleaned. The whole place smells like stale cigarettes, even with a non-smoking room. Mold, dirt, grime on so many areas of the room, looks like they just pulled the bed linens up and didn’t put new sheets on it. He put us in the back on the 1st floor - we immediately turned around when we saw the room condition and there was a drug dealing going on. NO THANK YOU! We immediately turned in the keys, didn’t even get our bags in the room, he refused a refund… We went and stayed right down the street at a nice, well lit, very clean hotel. Where you wouldn’t be afraid of catching some disease or bacteria just from looking at it.

Motel is rather run down and dingy. Clientele seemed a bit sketchy. That said, it seems family owned and the desk staff were very nice and helpful. They seem like they are trying, for example by providing packaged breakfast foods, and a microwave and fridge in room, but just are limited by the building being in not great condition.

There was no blanket on the bed to use, and the “continental” breakfast they offer is literally frozen eggo waffles or cereal but the milk for the cereal was on the counter for who knows how long so I didn’t risk using it.

Stay there for over a week and then decided to change my security deposit from 50 to 200 which is absolutely ridiculous so I wouldn't bother going there there's some shady stuff going on on top of people running in and out selling drugs and it's disgusting

Hotel was extremely dirty. Not 3 minutes from Kent State as stated on Expedia; 10-15 minutes depending where on campus you were going. Not a huge issue except I only booked it bc it said 3 minutes outside of the school so I assumed the area would be okay. Super sketchy and the people as well. I travel a lot so I am used to just grabbing a low budget hotel, didn't expect or need much which is why I booked the Econo, just a place to sleep. But definitely will not stay here again when visiting.

Honestly the only nice thing about this place is the chandelier in the entrence of the hotel. Its so dirty our beds where covered in dirt and little rocks all over the beds the pool is sooo grimmy looking n the water is freezing. When we had breakfast we was told we cant take food or drinks back to our room... even though we have a fridge and micerwave. There was no lock on the inside just the keycard lock. The toilet would hardly even flush either. I also think i got lice because my hair and body have been itching non stop since night one at the hotel. We will never return thats for sure. The. We checked out early and cleaned the room. We got called at 11 being told to check out... we already did that. Then they said they would look at the room n see if we would get the deposit back. I still havnt gotten it back n we left that room clean didnt break nothing and still no refund. Worst place eeeeever

Pictures did not accurately show property. Could not get clean towels and beds were not made up. Room type was not what I booked. Bath room real small. Air didn't work properly. Room either to hot or too cold. Problems with elevator. Management claim service was to be done but didn't help with our stay. Pictures showed pool and hot tub but hot tub has been removed.
