Staff NEED to be trained on customer service and KNOW their property. Asked about food options and we were told everything was closed at 10pm except for this Tim Hortons on site. Ran into a security guard that informed us that the Legends restaurant is open until midnight and she actually walked us to this restaurants. The security seemed to now more then your front desk staff.

Excellent stay! The location was perfect, the room rate was very reasonable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean, parking was easy, and everything went smoothly. I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to others.

First time @ Caesar's Windsor. Great room, price, and fine restaurants especially Spago and 2 floor casino is huge and very inviting. Well worth the 3 and a half hour drive from Oakville! Will do it again later this summer! Highly recommended!
