The hotel is spotless and the cleaners were polite and kept the room very clean. The food is just ok. The pool is excellent with plenty of loungers and parasols. The location is a bit out of town ( half an hours walk) and at the top of a hill. Some of the staff unfortunately were quite rude, whilst the others however were friendly and helpful .The beer bottles from the bar fridge were warm. The draught beer was flat and half of it was foam. All in all its a good clean hotel with an excellent swimming pool.

Nice holiday

Hotel is well placed on the outskirts of the town quite close to the funicular which goes to Montecatini alto. Hotel very clean and tidy. As others have mentioned the bed was very firm. Stayed for 7 nights. Overall very good. Good base for travel to Florence, Lucca and the surrounding area.

Both the property and Montecatini have seen better days. We were given a small room on the first floor with limited views and an unappealing balcony. The AC unit was noisy. The property gets some traffic from bus tours but otherwise seemed fairly quiet.

This is one of the worst hotels we have stayed at in years, simply because we couldn't sleep for two nights. The soundproofing is nonexistent. We could hear every movement from the room above us, along with doors constantly slamming throughout the hotel. For renovated rooms, this is completely unacceptable. Before our arrival, we specifically requested a quiet room on one of the upper floors, and this request was confirmed by email. However, when we checked in, the night concierge told us it was not possible. It was very disappointing to receive confirmation beforehand only to be told the exact opposite upon arrival. Another issue that makes no sense is that access to the spa is not included. For a hotel that markets itself as a Hotel & Spa, guests should not have to pay extra to use the spa facilities. On top of that, the beds were extremely small and uncomfortable, making it even harder to get a good night's sleep. The only positive aspect of our stay was the breakfast, which was very good. We were in Montecatini Terme for business and needed a quiet place to rest which was informed prior for better accommodation. Unfortunately, this hotel completely failed to meet that basic expectation. I would not recommend it.

Hotel tenuto molto bene , tutte le camere hanno il balcone , la piscina è molto piacevole, ho usufruito della palestra che a mio avviso andrebbe rimodernata visto che lo spazio è generoso punterei ad avere attrezzi più nuovi è funzionanti . Ps la colazione discreta, si potrebbe fare meglio con frutta e brioche meno gommose ma fresche, anche l’erogatore del latte è un po scadente.
