This place is entirely reliant on its (very good) location. Our room wasn't ready at 3pm, which was understandable as it was just after the torrential rains in València, but instead of making us comfortable at the restaurant the staff could only provide extremely basic choices there. They were very nice, so we have no complaints about the staff at all, but management needs to realise that if a customer cannot enter the room they paid for in full they need to go above and beyond to compensate.
After cancelled flights and a night at the airport we really couldn't wait to rest somewhere, we even called beforehand and were assured that check in is at 3pm...
In the end we got a room that was fairly basic for the price, this place clearly survives by being in a great location. Will not be back.
