Great hotel, friendly staff and good food. Prices are extremely affordable. The one downside is that the hotel does not have a dedicated taxi service that offers fair pricing, as Goan taxi drivers rip you off.

Amazing location and property..one of the best

8/10 Very good

Room was clean and had all required amenities. The reception staff could have been more friendly. They had a very "don't care" kind of attitude. It felt like they are doing their job just for the sake of doing it. Breakfast had lot of variety but the taste was not great. Staff at the breakfast place was very good.

Very courteous staff. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great. The only drawback was the electricity kept going off till the generator kicked in. A very comfortable stay with the family with 2 rooms. Will be back

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hyatt in Goa, and it was an incredible experience. The pool, spa, and [other amenities] were fantastic. The curated experiences, like [specific activity], added a memorable touch to the trip.

8/10 Very good

The hotel is clean, and offers a really wonderful breakfast buffet. The staff is very friendly and helpful. This would be a good booking for families, but perhaps less so for single people, or couples without children.

Well done to the manager: Dr V

The hotel was comfortable, area was convenient for shopping, staff was very helpful especially the hotel manager who happened to be the head chef, he assisted us with whatever problems we had and accommodated our needs

8/10 Very good

Staff was really nice and accommodating. However, like another reviewer mentioned, the hotel is not more than 3 star quality. The rooms and bathrooms need serious updating / renovation. I must say, room service and housecleaning did a great job making us feel comfortable. Nice breakfast too!

I took a chance since there were not many reviews on Expedia about this hotel, but It’s a new property so that explains it! The rooms were great and very clean. Balcony is a plus! Walkable to all the nearby restaurants. Beach is also at walking distance. Breakfast was decent as well. Staff was the highlight. Every staff member was super courteous and very friendly. I would definitely come back.

The property was clean, had lots of amenities and nice balcony . Also had a swimming pool. Only problem was as I booked for 3 people, the room was provided with twin bed. After talking to the staff we provided with foldable bed which blocked our access to the balcony.
