Very friendly welcome at reception - happy to answer all our questions and make recommendations. Hotel is perfectly situated a couple of streets away from the main hub in one direction and the waterfront in the other. Hotel is a bit quirky, e.g. some rooms are accessed by walking along a short outdoor corridor but this wasn’t an issue. Breakfast was a very simple affair (apart from boiled eggs there wasn’t anything else in terms of cooked goods). Room was well appointed but we didn’t like the lack of privacy when using toilet/shower facilities as they were only separated from the room by frosted glass. Location really couldn’t have been better and we would likely stay again.

I had a lovely stay. The room was spacious with a city view and had the amenities I find essential when solo traveling. I love love the convenient location—so close to Valletta’s tourist spots. When the sun and heat get too high, it was easy enough to pop back in the hotel to cool off. Breakfast had a modest selection but filling. The shower/toilet was a bit off though. It seemed to accumulate heat fast. There was no partition between the shower and toilet area so the water goes everywhere. The hotel does replace the floor mat daily so that’s a plus. Staff were friendly, accommodating and honest enough about being a new establishment and looking for feedbacks to improve. I would highly recommend Mulberry Suites.

Mulberry Suites is in a perfect location for exploring Valletta! Two blocks from Repulic Street where you will find grand masters palace and an exceptional armory museum, St Johns co-cathedral, several other churches, restaurants and shopping. Property is very safe, well maintained and very happy with our accommodations. Breakfast buffet and nice choices. Would happily stay here again and heartily recommend.

Excellent location with clean rooms. It is a small facility which is very quiet and does not have 24 hours front desk with one day reception was closed. Air conditioning was not on and temperature was fixed at 26 degrees on checking in. But next day it was set to 23 degrees which made daytime heat manageable.
