Worst Experience — Not Worth the Money & Poor Support from Hotels.com
Our stay in the family room was extremely disappointing. There was no furniture at all except one bed with just a bedsheet — no chairs, no table, nothing. When we questioned the hotel staff, they simply said, “The same photo is uploaded online,” which is misleading.
There was no privacy either. The back door was made of MS sheet without any proper lock, and only after repeated requests did they tie it with a steel wire to keep it closed. The swimming pool was also non-functional, making the entire stay feel like a waste of money.
Even more disappointing was the response from Hotels.com. The platform was not supportive at all — it clearly works more in favor of the hotel than the customer. After paying the full amount as asked, the hotel still tried to extract more money for providing even basic facilities.
In short, it felt like being cheated both by the hotel and the booking site. The only good part was that the staff was polite, but overall, this was a terrible experience. I strongly recommend avoiding this property and being cautious while booking through Hotels.com.
