We had a pleasant stay at this hotel in Manila. The location is great, close to the airport, Mall of Asia, and Ayala Malls Manila Bay. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and our room was clean, comfortable, and a decent size. The only downside is that it can get quite crowded during breakfast and check-in, especially around noon and in the evenings. Overall, a good place to stay for its convenience, cleanliness, and friendly service.

It was great to upgrade my room to Executive Room (Suite) which is so big, wonderful that my friends who checked in before me were surprised. I would love to recommend this wonderful hotel which is so easy to access to all the big hotels with Casino if you love to visit! Thanks!

This place is Amazing ! The location, the staff and the amenities are all 5 star. The only thing you won’t find is Apps on the TVs lol there are no smart TVs. Other than that it’s close to the Mall, Casinos and some amazing food. It’s my fourth stay

Great hotel with super friendly and attentive staff. Excellent room and very substantial breakfast. Close (15?) Minutes to airport is a plus but is really in the middle of nowhere. Having said that taxis are super cheap. Have to praise the staff. Well trained, friendly, and proactive

8/10 Very good

Beautiful property. Seems like staff were either not communicating or management was not supporting as they ought. There was confusion over our transportation reservation. Dining room informed us that our meal would take long but once we let our sweet waitress know that we were catching a flight in a couple of hours she had all her coworkers pitch in! Food was very good.

Everything about this hotel was top-notch. The staff were incredibly welcoming, the rooms were spotless, and the hotel itself has such a warm, cozy vibe. A perfect experience from start to finish—I’ll definitely be back!

8/10 Very good

The building especially the entrance are beautiful. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Now the few problems. When we arrived to the room the bathroom smelled like cigarette smoke and the trash can was full, the buffet was good, but a little pricey for what it was, no iron.or microwave in the room was inconvenient. Other than that, our stay was very nice.
