The hotel is centrally located with plenty of food and shopping options and close to a subway station. All of the staff were extremely helpful throughout my stay, the room was spacious and clean.

For me the Marriot ticks all the boxes. First class amenities, lovely staff, spotless room and the location happens to be in the right place also however would stay here if it meant a longer commute

My wife and I had a lovely 5-day stay in the Luoyang Marriott. While the hotel is not in the old town, it is well-placed to access the train station, Longmen Grottoes and Shaolin Temple. The staff, particularly in the restaurant, were lovely and very helpful. If I were to go back to Luoyang, I would definitely stay here again.

House keeping - missing face towel one day, Empty toilet roll removed from dispenser but not replenish with a new roll. Gave us a pack of tissue one day, started using it, next day it was gone. A bit of continuous training might be a good idea.
