We had a wonderful stay. Staff were very friendly. Very tasteful decor, yummy breakfast which we could enjoy outside on the terrace. Only negative point was that one of the pool was closed. Would definitely recommend and stay again

Altough the outside is a bit rough the inside of the hotel is absolutely stylish. Friendly staff and nice rooms. Would recommend

6/10 Good

Room was fine but as it's in a quiet area it was a bit empty. While breakfast was good there are no other options for meals / bar due to it being quite quiet. Location was useful for work and parking in their underground spaces was secure and easy so overall it is convenient for business in the area. Otherwise, the rooms use fans rather than ac units so may be uncomfortable if visiting during summer during hot weather.

Friendly helpful staff. Really lovely facilities, furniture, and decor. Convenient to walk to the old town, and cafes. The pool is small but pretty. On site parking is convenient and easy to access.

Very clean and tidy hotel with very friendly staff. Easy 15 minute walk to centre or short bus trip and ask for the free travel card at reception.

This property is a true gem! It is by far the cleanest and tidiest hotel we have ever visited. The room was large and quiet and very clean. The location was good - it was a small (and safe!) walk from the city center which was perfect for an after dinner stroll back. We look forward to staying there again.

Friendly dtaff, parking onsite (not free), somewhat walkable to the old part of the city otherwise taxi is sufficient. Hotel was clean and safe, but no air conditioning. Room was nice, spaceous enough, clean, and quiet.

We got an upgrade to junior suite. The spa is magnificent. The breakfast is delicious. 15 min walk from Altstadt. Super convenient and out of the touristy craziness. Staff are friendly and helpful :)

The people at the front desk were very friendly, welcoming, helpful, with some excellent advice to help us make the most of our stay. The room was great — comfortable, stylish. We enjoyed the sauna/pool. Breakfast was a delight. The walk into town was pleasant along the stream, and the bus to and from town was quick and easy when our legs were too tired!

I loved my stay at Boutiquehotel La Casa. The hotel itself is beautiful — styled in a warm Spanish-inspired design that feels elegant and welcoming. The spa was one of the highlights of my trip: the sauna and pool were absolutely amazing and created such a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. The staff were consistently kind and helpful, and the breakfast each morning was really delicious. The Christmas decorations were stunning as well — truly magical and thoughtfully done. I would definitely stay here again. A couple of small things could be improved. I had forgotten conditioner while traveling, and the hotel didn’t have any basic amenities available for guests who might need something. I also misplaced my iPhone charger during the trip, and they didn’t have chargers or small essentials on hand the way many hotels do. Those little conveniences would have made the stay even more comfortable. On my last night, a very noisy couple moved into the room next door, and I could hear their conversation and banging pretty clearly — the walls are on the thinner side. Not the hotel’s fault, but something to be aware of. Overall, though, it’s a beautiful hotel with a wonderful spa, lovely staff, fantastic holiday atmosphere, and a great breakfast. I enjoyed my stay very much!
