The room was very clean and the staff was friendly, however, the check in process was a little hard since they lack communication with their team! Other than that I highly recommend.

8/10 Very good

This is a really nice to stay. In a great area and just a 2 minute walk to the mall-Unicentral. Plenty of shopping and a good supermarket-Jumbo. Close to the airport. The room was very nice and roomy. It has everything you need. A really nice and clean bathroom with good hot water pressure. The only, thing check in takes entirely too long-45 minutes and then I got the wrong code for the room. The pics advertised is not the room I thought I was getting. But overall, it's a really nice place to stay. Well worth staying, simply because it has everything, and close to the mall and the airport. Great stay thanks

We had an unexpected delay to our travel plans. Epic Suites was exactly what we needed for a last minute layover. The room was well equipped and comfortable. The communication was fantastic, both prior to our arrival and while onsite.

2/10 Poor

If you need to stay for more than one day, find another place. I stayed here for a week: the wifi was out, the bed was broken and the window in the bathroom doesn't close. I spent days messaging the "help desk". The help desk is a so called 24/7 text line that only communicates during certain hours and when you are messaging the automated service, it will reset the conversation after asking how it can help you so you have to begin the conversation again. Absolutely, nothing was done. It's not worth the "savings". The view is nice.

It was probably one of my favourite accommodations during my 2 weeks in Colombia. Wished that i had found similar type of options elsewhere. The room was very spacious and comfortable, even though there were 2 double beds. Surrounding areas were nice and cozy even though it was situated beside a mall. There were also dining options, tour companies, car rental companies as well as a supermarket along that stretch of road for your convenience. Its located less than 10mins drive to the international airport here. But that means that its a bit of drive from the main city centre areas. Which was fine by me as i only had that one night to stay and had an early flight to catch the following morning. Overall, a nice and comfortable stay. Worth the amount that i paid for it.

6/10 Good

Not Exactly a Hotel, but a Mixed Experience I stayed at Epic Suites X Ahead for a recent business trip, and while the property offers some great value, there are important things to consider before booking: 1. This is NOT a Hotel Epic Suites functions more like an Airbnb than a traditional hotel. There is no staff, lobby, or reception to assist with issues, and the check-in process is entirely online. Unfortunately, this process can be frustrating and time-consuming—I spent hours just trying to check in. 2. Great Value On the positive side, the suites themselves are new, clean, and well-maintained. For the price, it’s hard to find anything better in terms of space and amenities. 3. Noise The property is located right next to a busy highway, and the noise is noticeable even from your bed. If you’re a light sleeper, this could be a big downside. 4. Location One major advantage is the location. Being close to the airport and a large shopping area makes this a very convenient spot for travelers, especially those with flights to catch or limited time. Final Thoughts: If you’re looking for a budget-friendly place to stay and don’t mind the lack of hotel services, Epic Suites offers great value. Just be prepared for the challenging check-in process and potential noise from the highway.

Good size room, modern fixtures, plenty of hot water, close to main mall and airport, all the uber drivers we rode with knew the place well and spoke positively about it.

Very un reliable descriptions of rooms. Poor customer service and lack of attention to details. In consistency in rooms setups and service. Only good thing is it is close to airport and shopping mal

Nice clean room, 2 min walk to modern mall, 10 min drive from airport, pay per use washer/dryer. Checkin process is easy if you have basic internet/social media skills - might be a bit confusing for people who don't live on their phones. Only negative is the proximity to the airport - you will hear the takeoffs and landings.
