​A very contrasting stay for a 4-star establishment. ​ The Pros: Excellent responsiveness following a lighting issue (immediate room change) and a much-appreciated commercial gesture (free breakfast offered). The welcome from the female receptionist on the afternoon of the 22nd was excellent. ​The Cons: ​Mediocre cleanliness: I found a hair on the duvet in the first room. In the second room, the bathtub was dirty with stagnant water residue, which I had to scrub myself before using. ​Customer Service (Dec 23rd): The attitude of the male receptionist on duty the morning of my departure was deplorable. I asked for assistance with the luggage storage, but his reception was icy. Despite my greetings and repeated thanks, he remained completely silent and unfriendly. Such a lack of basic courtesy is unacceptable.

A relatively modern hotel in a great location (walkable to the city 10-15 with street parking outside.) My room however was disappointing. The bed was lying on a plank of wood, one pillow, air con ineffectual and the TV didn’t seem to work - despite following the instructions. All in all disappointing and would not recommend.

Beautiful hotel within easy walking distance to everything you want to see and do in Pecs. We had a lovely corner room with large windows on two sides. Every thing was very fresh and clean and modern. Very comfortable beds. Lounge and restaurant were great. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Short taxi ride from train station. Highly recommended.
