This hotel is supposed to be a 5 start hotel, but unfortunately it is very far from being in this category. Nothing totally wrong with the hotel, it is just that it is not worth 5 star. Should be refurbished.

could be better

Maybe requeirement are for a "5 star hotel" could be fullfill by Lazart Hotel, therefore they may gained this title, however the ambient condition does not feel you as it is. The staff is higly kind, helpful and the hotel is relatively clean, but it's really old and the comfort is not good enough. I have seen much better 3 star hotels. Therefore the price that I paid is much for such quality.

Everything was fine the staff were all very very friendly and helpful. The only problem is the shower, it is totally ridiculous and impossible to wash yourself. I don’t understand the logic in the brain of the person that designed such a shower nozzle.

My stay in Thessaloniki

When I checked in there was just one person who was on the phone, I met my friends in the bar and went again to check in she was still on the phone, It was almost impossible to get a drink in the bar you had to go to reception and ask for service. The pool was closed off as it was the end of the season,in September!!! I was so looking forward to a swim.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great and there were a lot of different choices. We were a bit disappointed to see the pool was closed as it was still very hot and sunny outside. Also, the spa was not really available, the reception didn't know much about it and they told us to call the spa, but no one was picking up so we just gave up. We believed that the spa is included in our stay Overall, it was a nice short stay, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean.

The entrance to the hotel was marvellous. The staff was very helpful, very polite. However, there was a bug in the bathroom. It came out from under the toilet brush and quickly disappeared down the drain. Unfortunately, this is not an acceptable sight for a hotel.

Das Hotel ist super und die Zimmer waren sehr großzügig geschnitten. In der näheren Umgebung findet man den besten Gyros von Thessaloniki. Schade, dass der Pool im Winter geschlossen ist. Zur Stadt kommt man mit dem Bus oder für 10€ mit dem Taxi. Wir würden immer wieder kommen. Personal hat sich um jeden Extrawunsch von uns gekümmert.
