Aragosta was a great place to stay in Durres. Right on the water and easy to go for a swim in the sea, access to beach beds, small on site garage for a car and an easy walk to the old city to see the sights. Very happy with the location and accommodation.

The staff at the hotel and restaurant are courteous and professional. Unlike some places in the Balkans, the hotel is well set up and planned out: the HVAC is easy to operate and works, the shower is easy and water stays in the shower, no leaks. And the restaurant has delicious food, especially the the fresh fish and seafood.

The property is OK they say it was remodeled in 2024 but evidently, they skipped the showers. The rooms are good size and beds are comfortable. The beach is small and not very clean, breakfast was OK but hot items were cold soon as served as they had no warmers. Potential is great but still do need lots of work to get there.

It was a nice room with a big balcony with great sea and sunset views. It has it's own very clean beach with loungers and towels provided. The bed was comfortable. Few issues: the fridge wasn't working and after reporting this a few times, it took 24hrs to change it. The shower leaked and the skin outlet pipe leaked so the floor got flooded when it was used. The sink took 4 attempts to solve the issue. There was no safe in the room and although requested, one wasn't brought to the room. The large tv only had a few channels with English compared to other lesser starred hotels during this holiday. Although we were told at check-in that we could request milk and ice 24hrs a day, when we requested ice at approx 11pm, we were told this wasn't possible (the fridge had not been replaced at that stage). Breakfast in the building next door was good.

Overall we were very impressed, the rooms with a view are lovely, the private beach perfect, the staff very helpful and friendly. My only suggestion for improvement would have been a small beach bar to avoid having to head into the restaurant for a drink, but this is purely a convenience thing. Great place, am recommending.

Great breakfast with our stay! The rooms were clean and spacious. The little rooftop chairs were an excellent find for a quiet sip of wine and a sunset view :) Front desk staff were all super friendly. We didn't have time to use the beach chairs but they are offered.

Blandet oplevelse: Sødt personale, men megen larm og skuffende udsigt. ​Vi havde booket en suite med havudsigt, men udsigten var desværre mere præget af vejen, solceller og kun en delvis kig til havet. Selve værelset var ellers pænt og fint. ​Det største problem var støjniveauet. Der var alt for meget larm, hvilket gjorde det næsten umuligt at få en ordentlig nattesøvn – vi har stort set ikke sovet i løbet af hele ferien pga. larmen. ​Rengøring: Det var delvist fint, men kunne godt have været bedre. ​Morgenmad: Meget ligegyldig og uinspirerende. Det var nøjagtig den samme kedelige buffet hver eneste dag. ​Personalet: Personalet var rigtig søde, imødekommende og venlige under hele opholdet. ​Alt i alt en skuffende oplevelse ift. søvn og mad, selvom personalet gjorde deres bedste.

Perfekt beliggenhed og super godt og stort værelse til 3 personer inklusiv en fantastisk terrasse med udsigt til stranden og havet. Vi skulle, hver dag, spørge om opfyldning af kaffe og shampoo, hvilket de så kom med med det samme. Morgenmaden var lidt kedelig. Fantastik by hvor alt bare var billigt😀🌞.
