Very seamless from check in to checkout, the staff was very friendly. They’re still finishing the bar/restaurant portion of the hotel, can’t wait to stay when it’s complete. Very clean, comfortable, room came with a steamer for clothes which was a plus. Would stay again for sure.

Check-in was easy and staff was so helpful! On the fourth floor hallway there is a leak but it did not disturb me during my stay as staff had a basin to catch the water. Location is so convenient, accommodations and space were amazing! I would definitely rebook!

The hotel is in the heart of Old San Juan and close to nearby shopping and even closer to the port. The rooms were clean and the remodeling did not take away from the ambiance. Upon entering the staff was very welcoming and provided suggestions for local places to eat. Whatever diffuser is used keeps the hotel smelling very delightful. Overall I would rate this hotel a 10!
