The clerk who checked us in was very patient and kind. He explained to us where to park and to call them from the hotel phone should we needed anything. The ocean view room was clean and comfortable after a 5 hour drive.

객실컨디션, 직원친절 아주 만족스러운 곳입니다.
체크인체크아웃시 직원들 아주 친절합니다.
로비들어서자마자 안내해주는 직원이 있어 기다림없이 빠른 체크인 가능했어요.
B동 레지던스로 이용했는데 전자렌지가 있어 편리하더라구요.
침구도 편해서 좋았구요.
스타일러도 있어 이용을 잘했어요.
테라로사 카페및 다양한 식음료매장이 있어 편리할것 같구요.
식당가를 통해 바로 내려가면 강릉시내버스 정류장도 있어 강릉시내를 대중교통으로 이용하기도 편리합니다. 배차간격이 있긴하지만요.
직원들의 고객을 대하는 태도가 그 호텔의 가치를 높인다고 생각합니다.
수영장이나 다른 부대시설은 일정상 이용하지 못했지만 다음번에 이용하려구요.
한가지아쉬운 점은 자쿠지이용을 위해 코너스위트를 예약했는데
물의 온도가 이용하기에 너무 낮은 온도입니다.
뜨거운물 강으로해도 7~80도 정도의 온도라 미지근하게 식어버리는데 3월날씨에 이용하기엔 너무 추워요. 바람때문에 더 그런듯하지만 결국 물을 반쯤 채우다 이용은 못했구요. 너무 추운탓에 안방욕실에서 반신욕을위해 뜨거운물을 계속 틀었는데 뜨끈뜨끈한 온수가 안나오네요. 레지던스측에서 화상방지를 위해 온도제한을 해놓은걸까?라는 생각까지 했네요.
그리고 욕실가운은 너무 두껍고 무거워요..
장점일까요?
굳이 아쉬운점에도 불구하고 다음 강릉여행시 신라모노그램 호텔을 이용할 예정입니다.

객실정비 알아서 해주기 기다리면 안되고 얘기해서 시간을 잡아놔야했어요 신축이라 깔끔한건 좋았고 마지막날은 샤워실 배수가 잘 안되는게 조금 불편했고 룸서비스도 중단인지 관련내용이 없어서 몇가지 어수선한 분위기는 있었지만 직원분들은 친절하셔서 강릉에서 아이랑 가기에는 좋은 숙소인듯합니다
