Location is really good housekeeping it’s really good. The problem is parking and food. You need to go in the basement for the breakfast lunch and dinner so I don’t like this

Good 3 star hotel

The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked, so this really is the main thing. Cleaning staff were thorough, although do not operate 2 days of the week. Breakfast was on the basic side, especially if you went close to finishing time (although there were always 2-3 reliable items like bread, eggs and bacon that you could rely on). Big warning to those who have difficulty getting around - there's a short but steep hill you need to go up to get in towards the town once you leave the hotel.

It wasn't super clean (we were greeted by a cockroach when entering the bungalow), sand on the floor, hairs on the couch. The Vistaflor facilities were nice though (pool, bar, etc). If you don't have a (rental) car, it might be difficult to leave the area and as it's about 15-30 minutes walk to the "center" with restaurants and everything, it's not super convenient. Still, we had a nice stay but unfortunately 3/5 stars.

Definitely a family/children resort.

This is definitely a family/children dominated property; even when kids should be at school. Despite the resort website stating ‘…with a heated swimming pool for adults and one for children…’ children of all ages are in both pools and unsupervised. There is no peace and quiet, just constant shouting and screaming. Also the animation team activities are focussed around children and often take over parts of the pool or surrounding areas for their activities. Music is often loud and far from relaxing.

Accommodation is tired and basic but very clean. Poolside is a huge let down. Too many people chasing too few beds. Out of a seven day stay we used the pool three times as you simply couldn't get a bed. Lots of kids but not a problem as a good kids club. Good standard of poolside food and bar drinks. Bungalows facing the road get no sun and you face a wall so absolutely no view. Poolside Bungalows have no privacy as your literally a few feet from a hundred sunbathers. It's close too yumbo and airport bus stops outside the door. But definitely would not recommend staying here. I'd say I was at the pool in total about six hours in the week.

Great Location and Great Staff

We stayed 7 nights B&B. The location is great for the beach and Maspolamas and Playa de Ingles. There is a bus stop up the hill to get anywhere on the island…the rum factory is a must! The bungalow served our needs. Clean and comfy. The staff were great. I sent a message to say this vacation was to recuperate after my stroke and we wanted a nice quiet bungalow – they did just that – out of the way (thank you!). The lifeguard (with the hair) was very friendly and rowed in with all the activities…..please send him that message! Breakfast was a little chaotic. Not enough cups and the coffee urn ran out every day. Sadly the chef doesn't know how to cook an English breakfast sausage (NOT boiled - they should be shallow fried or on the plancha. That why so many gets left!) We had a great time and will be back!

All amenities on one site. A village feel, well designed hidden rows of low level small villas in contrasting bright colours - unlike those in The Prisoner! Loved the resident cats - not over-run with them, just enough. The different dining facilities are well designed & staff are welcoming & flexible in their manner. The food is varied & well prepared. A great variety of activities laid on for guests. A super pool with a smaller one for littles. A very well stocked shop with known named brands, great fresh foods too. The free shuttle bus to & from Maspalomas beach was great. The beautiful gardens next to the villas are a hidden gem! Search for the stunning big butterflies! The area is mainly low level buildings - perfect for those who don't like high-rise hotels. The beach with its nature reserve next to it was a treat to walk next to every day. The sea floor is sandy, however there is an area that's really stony underfoot - though when the tide goes out there are some great rockpools! The waves are fab to play in! The whole beach area is perfectly clean with great shopping & dining available. We're looking forward to returning & also very interested in visiting the museum attached to the beautiful old lighthouse, when it's been completed. We had the best holiday.

Venant seul en vacances pour la premiere je voulais un cadre tranquille et en meme temps un petit peu animé la journée il ya des activites piscine hyper cool ou on danse le matin de la musique la piscine est grande, il y'a de la securité partout qui se promebe on se sent vraiment en securité, c'est calme grace a l'emplacement loin de la piscine que j'ai pu avoir que j'ai adoré c'est beau et relaxant je reviendrais ! Mention spécial pour le receptionniste anglais !

Vil ikke anbefale

Hotellet ser smukt og velholdt ud udefra, men trænger absolut til en renovering indenfor. Det dryppede ned fra vores tag, skabene var i stykker, skimmelsvamp ved tag vinduerne og jeg kunne blive ved. At rengøringen derudover er elendig gør ikke indtrykket bedre. Vi havde kun morgenmad med. Stort udvalg men utrolig dårlig kvalitet af mad, selv pandekagerne smagte af ingenting. Derudover er der utrolig meget larm og høj musik, så man kan nærmest ikke snakke sammen.

Very friendly staff with good food. Staff at bar and in dining area work so hard, my only gripe regarding cleanliness was the toilets by reception but this is due to the way people treated them rather than lack of cleaning I guess. Would definitely recommend for a family

joli cadre mais nourriture de mauvaise qualité

Cadre de l'hotel assez joli et fraichement repeint, interieur des bungalows un peu vieillots, litterie correcte mais pas de grand lit, que des lits doubles. Gros point noir pour les repas et le cadre du refectoire : le restaurant de l'hotel se trouve au sous-sol, dans un décor daté aux lumières qui donnent la sensation d'être dans un hôpital et très bruyant. La nourriture n'est vraiment pas terrible du tout en dehors du petit déjeuner (qui est un peu mieux que le reste). Plats peu variés sans saveur ou trop "aillés" et réalisés avec des ingredients bas de gamme. Les desserts ne sont pas bons, le pain est industriel et de mauvaise qualité et enfin la palme revient au bar de l'hotel qui sert des cocktails pré-préparés par une machine qui n'ont pas le goût de ce qu'ils prétendent... très mauvais! Ça ne vaut pas le coup de prendre l'option all-inclusive surtout que chaque bungalow a sa kitchenette. L'établissement est tout de même bien situé mais compliqué de se garer le soir quand tout le monde est rentré.

Fin anläggning med trevlig personal

Vistaflor Bungalows är en helt ok anläggning. All personal är väldigt trevliga och hjälpsamma. Boendet är helt ok men väldigt lyhört. Vi bodde på poolside och nära restaurangen och där satt det gäster ute varje kväll fram till midnatt trots att det stängde 23:00, vilket gjorde det svårt att sova innan sista gästen gått hem. Ingen i personalen ordnade med detta. Boendet har sköna sängar och är ok utrustat. Dock så saknas köksfläkt vilket gör att matos sprids i hela huset. När det är molnigt ett par dagar så finns det inget varmvatten innan solen är åter. Vi hade bara frukostbuffé vilken var ok men restaurangen ligger i källarplan utan fönster vilket gör den omysig och en väldigt hög ljudnivå. Påfyllning av mat och porslin sker väl långsamt. Á la carte restaurangen ligger vid poolen och är inte så mysig med lågenergilampor som känns som ett sjukhus, inga levande ljus, osköna möbler och maten är halvfabrikat förutom pizzan som är ok. Bokning av solstolar är förbjudet men efterföljs ej då allt är uppbokat kl 08. Personalen ordnade inte med detta trots uppmaning. Summerat så är anläggningen helt ok för t ex barnfamiljer men rekommenderar att man tar sig till Playa Maspalomas på dagarna som var väldigt trevligt med fin strand och stort utbud av restauranger.

Leider halten sich die Gäste nicht an das Verbot, Liegestühle zu reservieren. Morgens um 8 Uhr sind bereits alle Liegen mit Handtüchern belegt. Der Geräuschpegel im Speisesaal ist sehr hoch. Das Essen ist gut mit enormer Auswahl. Die Unterkunft ist sehr hellhörig und im Schlafbereich sehr eng. Es wurde bis auf 2 Tagen in der Woche sauber gemacht und je nach Bedarf Handtücher und Bettwäsche ausgetauscht. Da gibt's nichts zu meckern.

Loverly hotel. Great pool view. Family friendly. Bed room a little small but kitchen area good. There is an epic flight of steps up the hill to get to Yumbo. Would be happy to stay there again.

Eine gute Anlage , sauber und mit dem guten Essen . Das Frühstücksbuffet ist zwar wie immer einseitig, aber vollkommennd ausreichend. Man findet alles was man braucht . Das Abendessen ist Abwechslungsreich, frisch und gut . Salate , Fleisch und Fischgerichte gab's jeden Tag , Früchte und Süßigkeiten gab's ohne Ende . Ein Punktabzug nur wegen Parkmöglichkeiten, man findet kaum einen Parkplatz weder morgens noch abends . Poolanlage haben wir nicht benutzt , deswegen kein Kommentar dazu. Hotelpersonal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ansonsten kann ich das Hotel wärmstens weiterempfehlen!

No hemos hecho mucho de las instalaciones, pero ha sido una estancia cómoda y es silencioso a pesar de que estaba lleno. El personal amable y atento. La comida está bien, hay la variedad justa para que no te vuelvas loco y te líes a echarte comida que vas a terminar por dejar en el plato.
