10/10 Exceptional

It was Sunday afternoon and the check-in was facilitated by the security on duty. Nevertheless, she did a very good job, put me in contact with the person who completed the check-in. The room with toilet and bath, was in the style of a student dormitory but no matter: it was especially clean. The beds were comfortable, linen and amenities were adequate, wifi was strong, storage space met all our requirements. Excellent facilities: I will recommend it to anyone.

2/10 Poor

I booked this for one night because it was the only dog friendly accommodation available at the last minute. Check in was a pain because you had to find a whole different building and I had to wait quite a bit for someone to come to the desk. To check out, I had to knock multiple times and wait for security to open the door so I could leave the key. Then turns out the bathroom is shared with the room next door - the listing had said private bathroom? There are two doors that work similar to adjoining rooms. There was also a large group in the common area being loud until at least midnight, so this felt worse sound wise than a normal hotel/motel room. The bed itself was also super creaky and loud every time I even shifted.
