Vi var fyra personer och bodde i ett Deluxe-rum med fyra bäddar. Vi är väldigt glada och nöjda med vår vistelse på Karaca Hotel och skulle definitivt välja hotellet igen nästa gång vi besöker Van. Rummet var mycket rent och bekvämt, och det var uppskattat att det finns AC på rummet, vilket gjorde vistelsen extra behaglig. Varje dag fylldes rummet på med vatten, tepåsar och snabbkaffe. Det finns även ett minikylskåp på rummet, vilket var väldigt praktiskt. Handdukarna var rena och fräscha, och generellt var både rummet och hotellets olika utrymmen mycket välstädade. Wi-Fi fungerade också bra. En liten sak som kunde förbättras är TV:n. De turkiska TV-kanalerna fungerade bra, men uppkopplingen för exempelvis YouTube fungerade inte särskilt bra. Frukosten var en av höjdpunkterna. Det fanns en bra variation av olika ostar, nybakade bakverk och sötsaker, bland annat chokladkaka. Vi uppskattade också det traditionella brödet med ost eller valnötter, samt lokalt smör och honung. Dessutom serverades varm soppa, med olika sort varje dag, vilket var både trevligt och gott. Frukostsalen ligger på våning 7 och har en väldigt fin utsikt. En praktisk sak att känna till är att hotellet bara erbjuder en nyckel per rum. För oss var det helt okej, men det kan vara bra att veta. Personalen var mycket trevlig och hjälpsam. Hotellet ligger dessutom nära både butiker och stadens centrum.
