Based on the photos, we expected a beautifully designed hotel that justified its price in both quality and service. In reality, the only real advantage was its proximity to Earl’s Court underground station.
The room was extremely cold. It was 16 degrees when we arrived, and over the next four days the heating kept turning off whenever we left the room. Each time we returned, it was freezing again. With no slippers or similar amenities provided, it was a very uncomfortable stay.
Although the interior design looked stylish, functionality was clearly sacrificed. There was absolutely no storage space so we had to keep everything in our open suitcase on the floor.
The sink was leaking, and due to the design, water spread into parts of the room, which was quite frustrating.
Apart from two small bottles of water per day and a very basic espresso, nothing was complimentary. We were also asked to pay £10 to store our luggage for a few (3) hours after check-out.
The room was bright with large windows and the photos online look great. However, overall, I would not choose to stay here again.
