We were waiting outside the property in our reservation, contacted them. We were informed after a wait of about 20 minutes that we had to go to a different property. It was not a long walk but in Venice every step counts specially with bags. The stay was fine, just the initial inconvenience, plan for it and be ready to go elsewhere.

Logement au 3e étage en autonomie totale, sans accueil sur place. Chambre blanche aménagée dans un grenier, accès par escalier et couloir très étroits. Climatiseur hors service (erreur E1). Traces d'infiltration et plafond endommagé au-dessus de la douche. Correct pour une nuit dépannage vu le prix, mais ne convient pas pour un séjour confortable. Le drain du bain était partiellement obstruée en prenant une douche lourd, remonte et on a les pieds dans l’eau

No pude quedarme ahi. Horas antes del check in me. Intente comunicar con el anfitrion pero no me respondieron munca. Al llegar a las 14 hs habia una persona de limpieza que amablemente llamo al dueño pero me dijo que habia tenido un problema y me mandaba a otro lugar. Me mando a un hotel que estaba bien pero me la par caminando mas de 1 hora para llegar con las valijas a cuesta y perdiendo el tiempo en venecia. No lo recomiendo. No volveria nunca a alquilar.
