Extremely old rooms. Beds deformed, not comfortable. Bathroom is too tight and small. Breakfast is poor. No slippers provided. Room walls are too thin, couldn't get a good enough sleep due to noise from other rooms, cars passing by and even from streets( there was a gang fight at 03.00am) Hotel location is quite remote. Rooms are clean. AC working.

I didn't like the fact that there was no room clean for 2 days or shampoo and the Philippina cook was very rude. However the room was great and the manager and receptionist were very helpful and I enjoyed staying there. The breakfast wars very good too.

My room was clean but sheets were not changed in a week. The breakfast was ok : lots of yoghurt and honey but nothing hot. Air conditioning worked really well but tv channels were only German, Italian and Greek. The worst aspect was the staff: only the person that checked me in, on night duty, was friendly: I asked one for ice for my ankle injured by an electric scooter running into me and he told me to go to a bar and continued to watch tv!! Reception were almost hostile. I did receive a kettle on request. Balconies were too close together and the traffic was too loud to sit out there for long: a pity because I had a beautiful view.Its 30 min walk to the bus station but there are good restaurants on that walk.

Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with our stay at Kos Bay Hotel. The room was extremely small, old, and in need of renovation. The bathroom was particularly unpleasant and so tiny that it was difficult to move around comfortably. After taking a shower, the water did not drain properly and the entire bathroom floor filled with water, which was both inconvenient and unhygienic. The attitude of the staff was also disappointing. They seemed unfriendly and unwelcoming. Even when we greeted them and said hello, we sometimes received no response at all. A simple smile or a friendly greeting would have made a difference, but unfortunately, we did not feel welcomed during our stay. The hotel may have a convenient location, but based on our experience, the rooms and bathrooms are outdated and poorly maintained, and the level of hospitality needs significant improvement. We would not choose to stay here again.
