I booked and paid for Hotel Deutsches Theater Landwehrstraße (address : Landwehrstraße 18, Munich, BY, 80336 Tyskland) for one night on the 25th of February. I was in Munich (München) on 25th of February. I was delayed by certain business and when I was at the doorsteps of the hotel after taking an expensive taxi ride (costing 110 Euros!), I found there was No One answer the doorbell! I kept the doorbell ringing for at least 25 minutes and there was nothing happened. As there was not even a phone number given on your website, I have to take another taxi ride just to find another hotel in the city which proved to be impossible as there would be a football match the following day! So, I demand my money back. Now. I have never in my life experienced this horrible state of hotel service. And I will tell everyone on my social media to avoid your portal and of course the hotel.
