I decided to "runaway" from home and put my oldest in charge. LivAway was clean, comfortable and not expensive. However, VERY noisy on the street side where my mom's room was. Also, the place reeks of skunk thanks to the weed abusers, and there were a lot of shady characters staying there and hanging around outside. THEY DO NOT SERVE BREAKFAST. Also, I signed a waiver saying no pets allowed, but the person next door had a dog that barked from time to time. For me, the negatives outweigh the positives, and I will not stay there or at any LivAway again.

This was a nice, modern room for a good price within a short drive to the airport. The room is big with plenty of space for organizing luggage before flying. The kitchen is nice and helpful, but I have some suggestions for the management if they see this. This hotel appears geared toward people staying longer. To make the kitchen really useful, the addition of an in room coffee pot and toaster would be a big help. The coffee in the lobby is nice, but sometimes you want breakfast before getting dressed. This trip was vacation for me, but I do travel for work on occasion. A couple of items would make this space ideal for business travelers. The counter in the kitchen with the stools to sit would be a perfect desk. There is a plug in the nearby backsplash and a USB hub here would be good. Add a cup on the shelf with scissors, tape, and a couple of pens and this space could double as an office.

This is an amazing property at an amazing price. Well-maintained room had a full refrigerator, microwave, stovetop, dishwasher, etc. Obviously designed for those staying longer than I did. The one inconvenience is that there was some noise bleed-through from the street and the hallway. I kept the fan running through the night and didn’t have a problem.

I love the concept of this hotel. It's very reasonably priced, and from the way I understand it, gets even better the longer you stay. Bottom line they cut out the frills to give to the things you really need to make your stay enjoyable. Staff was very helpful and kind I wish they were in the Fort Worth area. Next time I'm in Utah I'm looking first for this hotel. Side note, smart laundry will text you when it's finished!

As a solo traveler, I found this hotel to be perfect for my needs. Simple, incredibly clean, a full modern kitchen with all new appliances including dishware, modern decor, plenty of space, easy access to nearby restaurants & gas stations. Perfect for me. I could easily stay here for several days or months if need be. The staff was friendly & talkative. Bed was comfy enough for me with lots of pillows. If I had anything negative to say, it would be that I would have liked to have had a luggage rack, but it's still a new hotel, so there's still some growing going on. I'll definitely stay here again.
