Short drive from the airport but a bit of a distance from shopping centers aside from what was on the resort. Staff was friendly and helpful and the resort felt safe. The only issue we had was the room temperature control didn’t work well so it was quite cold in our room

My only complaint is that the restaurants outside of the Japanese restaurant are first come first serve which is not convenient for a group of 6, however the buffet was really good! Perhaps if they would take reservations on the day, that would be more convenient, even if they don't allow reservations in advance.

I was very disappointed, i have been there back in 2021 and it was amazing, then in 2025 i decided to go back to the same spot and i took more families with me this time and it was disappointing in terms of service and front desk and the room i spoke to the receptionist and i escalated my issue to the supervisor and i spoke to the manger none of them could have accommodated my request or my issues. I feel like they don’t care about you anymore as they know once you book and arrive there you are stuck to what you have because there is no way back!!! I will not go there anymore and do not recommend anybody to go there !

Great food, service was a bit uneven. The lobby bar is the only one with top shelf liquor. Our shower bathroom had other guests’ hair on the floor after cleaning.
