We arrived at the property after they sent the code to the unit via a virtual chat. The code worked and the light turned green but it would not unlock the door. Three different people tried to help us and were calling people from the property. No help, we got a phone # from Expedia chat and got voicemail that said they seldom check messages and to text them, we did and waited . We were in the ghetto parking lot for 2 hours. There were filthy mattresses stacked up, nails and shingles all over the parking lot that had so many potholes you could hardly drive on it. We left and will be demanding a refund.
