I really enjoyed staying here with my family, the four of us. The suite was spacious and clean! They had a fan in the room and with the windows closed it was perfectly quiet and blackout dark. Very nice accommodations and unique!

10/10 Exceptional

We stayed for one night and it was quiet and comfortable. The room was simple but met our needs. It’s no frills, but great location (just steps from the Vatican) and affordable! Only complaint is the angle of the non-adjustable shower head sprays water past the stall wall and soaks the entire sink area

We stayed in the annex building, and it was wonderful! Luca was so helpful to us and helped us store a very oversized bag that would have been difficult to get up the stairs. It was very quiet and close to the Vatican City and a few other treasures. We had a short stay, but very much enjoyed staying here. The room was unique, which made the experience even better!

The location is excellent and the staff were super helpful. The room was comfortable and the coffee system provided with the capsules was a great plus. The bathroom in our bedroom had a few loose fixtures but otherwise everything was nice. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to friends who are traveling to Rome.

10/10 Exceptional

We enjoyed our stay, very close to the Vatican, on the pedestrian only area so very quiet at night to sleep! Would suggest small table and 2 chairs in the room instead of desk and one chair. The shower needs a small border to prevent water getting out.
