I actually never stayed because I made an error in my reservations and booked too different places for the same trip. I can not give 5 stars since i never stayed or say the property but Chris was very helpful and communicated with me well to resolve the problem and was fair enough to only charge me for one day since I didn’t cancel until 9pm on the night I was supposed to check in. Customer service was great .

We got to our room and walked in and took our breath away from the musty/smoke smell. Definitely the room was smoked in! The rooms below us would have the doors open and all you could smell was weed! Staff were friendly.

Perhaps what we liked most was the Seven Seas Breakfast just down the street. And what we disliked the most was, despite advertising of high-speed WIFI, there was no usable WIFI. There was also no electrical outlets in the bathroom, no clock, no coffee maker and generally few outlets overall. However the bed was fine and the bathroom was clean and the TV worked.
